Return of products can be only made if the product is obviously defective by construction or if the wrong product was delivered to you. 

It has to be returned in its original packaging and without having been used. In this case, return can be accepted after you contact us about the problem within 7 days of delivery.

As soon as Oliveoilkalamata.com receives the defective product and approves of it, it will be replaced with another one and we will contact you immediately. Shipping costs for the return of the product burden the customer while the shipping costs for the replacement product burden oliveoilkalamata.com. If the return is not accepted by oliveoilkalamata.com because the defect is due to “misuse” of the product by the recipient, then all the shipping costs burden the customer. 

We make every effort so that all photos published in Oliveoilkalamata.com depict the products as well and accurately as possible. But, it is possible that there are small differences due to the continuous variation in the products, variations which, nonetheless, do not taint the significant properties of our products. 

Under no circumstances will a return be accepted on the grounds that the product it does not correspond to the one in the pictures especially when the significant characteristics of the product are not changed. Moreover, returns are not accepted on the grounds that the product does not possess characteristics which, although they’re not described, were expected by the customer due to error of judgment (the properties offered by the products are mentioned in the description and  must not be concluded arbitrarily by a published photo) . No returns are accepted because the kind, color or size of a product is not to the taste of a customer or when the product was not bought through this electronic shop.
