• 1 ½ kilos smoked meat
• 10 eggs
• 1 teacup extra virgin olive oil
• 70 gr milk
After we cut the meat in slices, we place it in a frying pan with the oil. We sauté for a while while we beat the eggs in a bowl and add the pepper and milk. We stir the mixture and throw it in the frying pan with the meat. We lower the heat and carefully flip the omelette. When the egg is ready we divide in four parts. Finally, we flip again carefully so that it is golden brown on both sides. It is served either hot or cold.
