INGREDIENTS
• 1 kilo flour
• 1 teacup of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teacup freshly squeezed orange juice
• 3 vanilla extracts
• 1 teacup sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• Grated orange peel from two oranges (only the orange part)
• 100g sesame
PREPARATION
We put all the ingredients in a big bowl except for the flour and sesame. We blend them until the sugar is dissolved. We add the flour and mix until smooth. We start shaping them on the sesame so that it sticks on them. We place them on a greased roasted pan and bake them at 150 C for about 30 minutes.
