Fried Flat bread_tiganopsomo
• 1 kg of flour
• 1 glass of water (or as much as it is needed)
• Extra virgin olive oil for frying
• a tablespoon of vinegar
• salt and pepper
• 1 sachet of dry yeast
Put the flour and yeast in a bowl together with the water, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir until it becomes a dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 15 parts and form the fried flat breads to the size of our pan. After we have put the olive oil into the pan to be burned, we pour each of them in the hot oil. We pierce them with a fork so that they remain flat. When the frying flat bread is golden brown on all sides it is ready. Serve with tomato feta cheese and ingredients of your choice.
