INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 kilos of octopus
• 1 big onion
• 1 ½ cups of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cups of tomato juice
• 600 gr of pasta
PREPARATION
We wash and cut the octopus in pieces. We let it dry while we sauté the chopped onion in the oil. We add the octopus and we sauté that as well. We add the tomato juice and let it boil till the octopus has softened. We add water and bring to a boil. We add the pasta and boil to taste. It is served hot with freshly ground pepper.
