INGREDIENTS
• 1 kilo flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 sachet dry yeast
• Water (as much as needed)
• 500 g extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION
We put the flour with the yeast in a bowl. We add the salt and 2 tbsp oil. We add water (as much as you need to make a tight dough) after we have put the rest of the oil in a pot to heat up. When the oil is very hot we make thin strips of dough and throw them in the hot oil. When they are golden all over they’re ready. They’re served hot or cold.
